One of the really great things about the flu blogosphere is that we’ve got bloggers like the Reveres over at Effect Measure who can dissect difficult scientific studies, and give us a plain language interpretation.
If you’ve watched the headlines the past 24 hours coming out of the UK, you know the press has gone a bit nuts over a study calling into question the efficacy of antivirals in children.
As the Reveres point out, the results of this study aren’t quite as cut and dried as the media has been presenting.
