A big hat tip to Florida1 of Flutrackers for this translation from the Arabic of a almasry-alyoum report indicating two patients suspected of having bird flu have been transferred to a hospital in Cairo.

Translations, particularly from the Arabic, can be difficult to read.  Nuances are often lost.   Deciphering them can be a challenge. The results should always be viewed with caution.

It is unclear from this report whether these patients have actually tested positive for the H5N1 virus, or are simply suspect cases.
